CCN EX-COOL

A hi-tech fabric with high functionality including wicking, quick-drying and protection. With its distinctive Bi-Component Knitting method, sweat and moist can be rapidly absorbed from skin surface, transport through the fabric and be readily evaporated from the fabric surface. Moisture can also be prevented to transport from the outside to the inner fabric. This unique fabric can thus always keep your skin in a dry, cool and healthy condition.

Features :

• Uni-directional -  Moisture can only be transported from the inner fabric to the surface instead of vice-versa, so that the garment will always stay dry and comfortable for wearing.
• Rapid-drying - Moisture from the inner fabric can be rapidly absorbed and transported through the fabric for evaporation. 
• Protection - With the Bi-Component knitting method, CCN EX-COOL fabric serves as your second skin and as a first-line protection.
• Coolness - Heat can be readily transferred and absorbed away during the process of evaporation as moisture gets transported to the fabric surface.
• Comfort - As the inner fabric is always free from moisture, an optimal condition is created for comfortable wearing. It will stay dry and non-sticky to your skin.

Materials :

• Cosmo -  Cosmo is a 135 gram Micro-Polyester designed to wick away sweat and dry fast.
  This material is effective in a wide range of temperatures and works well as either your first or second layer. 
• Elastane -  Elastane is a 190 gram durable Polyamide – Elastane blend.
  This colourfast material is available in many stock colours to accent your sublimated artwork. 
• Print Elastane - Print Elastane is a 190 gram Polyester – Elastane blend which was designed to accept your custom sublimated artwork. 
• Mesh-Tec Elastane - Mesh-Tec Elastane is a 190 gram Polyester – Elastane blend designed to stretch, breath, wick and feel soft against your skin. 
• Thermal Elastane - Thermal Elastane is a 250 gram brushed back Polyamide – Elastane blend. This material was designed to keep you dry and comfortable when the weather is wet and cold. 
• Thermal Print Elastane - Thermal Print Elastane is a 250 gram brushed back Polyester – Elastane blend which is designed to accept your custom sublimated artwork. Expect this material to keep you dry and warm and have enough elasticity to comfortably fit over you other layers. 
• Shell-Tec - Shell-Tec is a lightweight, wind proof, water resistant fabric made from Polyester. This material was designed to accept your custom sublimated artwork and to be used as an outer layer. 
• Thermal Shell-Tec - Thermal Shell-Tec is a thick, brushed back, warm, wind proof, water resistant fabric made from Polyester and membrane. This material was designed to accept your custom sublimated artwork and to be used as an outer layer. 
• Max-PR chamois - Our Max-PR chamois utilizes multi layer technology and stretch fabrics with a channeled top surface to aid in moisture transport. The combination of these technologies equate to a comfortable, stretchable, and quick dry chamois.
